My journey into wellness began 15 years ago — not in a clinic or classroom, but in my own kitchen. Taking charge of my health with small, mindful changes to my everyday diet, I discovered the quiet power of nourishment. What started as personal healing soon blossomed into a deeper mission: to turn everyday eating into a practice of care, clarity, and transformation.


Along the way, I earned certifications from IGNOU followed by University of Sydney, became a member of IAPEN, and trained under the guidance of Padmashree Awardee Dr. KK Tripathi. I’ve had the honor of running
workshops in schools and colleges, and regularly share insights on Doordarshan and All India Radio to inspire accessible, rooted wellness.


Today, through Nutrition with Nisha, I offer a grounded, heart-centered approach to plant-based nutrition. One that blends the everyday wisdom of food with the deeper rhythms of yoga, breath, and the mind-gut connection

My Philosophy & Working Style

I believe good health is not just about what you eat—it’s about how you live, how you feel, and how well your body, mind, and lifestyle work together. My approach to diet consultation is rooted in understanding you as a whole person, not just a list of symptoms or numbers on
a chart.
Along with balanced nutrition and simple lifestyle shifts, I include natural herbs in my wellness recommendations when they can gently support your immunity, digestion, and overall well-being. These herbs have been used for generations in Indian households and, when chosen carefully, can bring comfort and healing in the most natural way.
